hbajer Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "the User") and hbajer (herein after referred to as "hbajer", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hbajer online casino and sports betting platform available at hbajer.club and any associated mobile or web applications.

By registering an account on hbajer, depositing funds, placing a bet, spinning a slot reel, or otherwise accessing any feature of the hbajer platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Access to and use of the hbajer platform is subject to the following strict eligibility criteria. By using hbajer, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of the following requirements at all times during which your account remains active:

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe requested by hbajer will result in account suspension pending the completion of the verification process.

Registration Requirements

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request will be approved.

For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Bonus Abuse Policy

By using the hbajer platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbajer and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the hbajer platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws applicable to you in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• Attempting to defraud hbajer, its payment partners, or other players through any means including — but not limited to — chargebacks, false claims, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the hbajer platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known or suspected technical errors may be voided by hbajer pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to launder money through the hbajer platform or using hbajer as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Accessing the hbajer platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to obscure your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Impersonating any other person, providing false identity information, or creating an account in another person's name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hbajer staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

hbajer reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to law enforcement authorities — without prior notice to the Player under investigation.

All content on the hbajer platform — including but not limited to the hbajer brand name, logo, website design, colour scheme, typography, written content, software code, game interfaces, graphics, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hbajer or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the hbajer platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or publicly display any content from the hbajer platform without express written permission from hbajer.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the hbajer platform.
• Use the hbajer brand name, logo, or any other hbajer trademark in any context — including on social media, websites, or printed materials — without prior written authorisation from hbajer.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the hbajer platform by any automated or manual means for commercial purposes.

Game content displayed on the hbajer platform — including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and live dealer streams from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to hbajer for display on the platform. Players have no rights over game provider intellectual property beyond the right to play those games within their hbajer account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, provided that all KYC requirements have been met and no active wagering requirement restrictions apply. Self-Exclusion

Suspension or Closure by hbajer

hbajer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

In the event of account closure by hbajer due to a proven breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited in full. hbajer will not be liable for any losses incurred by the Player as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

hbajer provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hbajer makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, security, and accuracy of information, hbajer does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any specific game outcome or sports betting market result will be available at any given time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbajer's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the hbajer platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their hbajer account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbajer shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use or inability to use the hbajer platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond hbajer's reasonable control including acts of God, network outages, or government-imposed access restrictions.
• Losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms or failure to follow responsible gaming guidelines.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information published on the hbajer platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to the Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security as required under Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which hbajer operates. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the hbajer platform — including a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, a bonus that was not credited correctly, or an account action you believe was taken in error — you should follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant transaction or game round, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references.

Any translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms provided in any other format or language is for informational convenience only and does not override, replace, or supplement the English-language text of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with hbajer's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between hbajer and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind — whether written or oral — between the parties relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
